That is why we offer great compensation, awesome benefits, and a work environment worth bragging about! Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced, hands-on Lead Shop Mechanic - Heavy truck and Equipment, to join our garage in Hazleton, PA. Knowledge of welding/fabrication and leadership experience are strongly preferred.

Shop Location:

Hazleton PA.Compensation will vary based on experience, skills, and qualifications.Work with our Team to Repair and refurbish Fleet trucks and equipment for resalePerform mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic work with accuracy and efficiencyTroubleshoot and repair both major and minor mechanical and electrical issuesCommunicate effectively with management regarding parts needs, additional repairs, and approvalsWork with our Fabrication team to develop and fabricate truck bodies, dump beds and other projects we do for outside customersManage multiple tasks while maintaining organization, quality, and timelinesProvide hands-on support in fabrication and general shop duties as neededQualificationsValid drivers license with clean driving recordAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screen5+ years of hands-on experience in a garage environmentKnowledge of Trucks and equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems preferredWelding experience - would be a plusSelf-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented with a passion for quality and completion of projects givenOwn tools required for automotive repair and diagnosticsWillingness to learn, take directions, and ask questionsTeam-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and resilienceAdditional InformationChallenging, hands-on work with some specialty equipmentCompetitive compensationExcellent Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage401(k) planGenerous Paid Time OffCareer growth and development opportunitiesA supportive, family-oriented garage cultureCome be part of the Partner Equipment Sales family and turn your passion to a rewarding career.
