Fehrenbach Black Forest Clocks is hiring Seasonal Retail Sales Associates for the 2026 holiday season at our specialty German gift store in Peddler's Village in Lahaska, Pennsylvania. We are primarily seeking full-time seasonal employees, generally working 32-40 hours per week. We will also consider strong part-time applicants who have dependable weekend and holiday-season availability. Our store specializes in authentic German merchandise, including Black Forest cuckoo clocks, nutcrackers, incense smokers, Christmas pyramids, ornaments, beer steins, German foods, sweets, and gifts. Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide friendly, attentive assistance Help customers select merchandise and explain product features Learn about our products so you can answer customer questions accurately Operate the point-of-sale system and process transactions carefully Wrap and package customer purchases Restock, price, and tag merchandise Maintain attractive, organized displays and a clean sales floor Unpack incoming merchandise and help organize stock areas Assist with opening and closing procedures when assigned Support coworkers during busy holiday shopping periods Qualifications Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working with the public Clear communication and a friendly, professional manner Able to remain calm and helpful during high-volume holiday periods Retail or customer-service experience is preferred but not required Available for weekend work and some evening shifts during Peddler's Village holiday events Reliable transportation to our Lahaska store Able to stand and walk for extended periods and safely handle merchandise and shipping cartons, with or without reasonable accommodation.
