Whether you have years of sales experience or you're looking for a change, you'll be trained from the ground up and compensated throughout the process. What We Offer Commission structure with annual earnings between $100,000 and $250,000, based on performance Hands-on training from the top producing reps and managers in your office $4,000 in paid training over your first 8 weeks, while you learn our products and process Medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, and life insurance after your first 60 days Tiered recognition program with rewards, branded merchandise, and paid trips Hiring timeline of two to three weeks

Preferred Qualifications:

Sales experience, especially in-home or direct sales A background in teaching, small business owners, construction, and construction consulting Accountable, coachable, and reliable, with the resilience to hear "no" and keep going If You've Never Sold Before Sales isn't talking someone into something they don't need. It's finding a problem and offering a solution. If there's no problem, there's no sale. A bad deal doesn't help the homeowner, and it doesn't help us either. If you've ever learned something new and explained it to someone else, you already have the skills this job takes. Backgrounds That Do Well Here Teachers & educators

Required:
