Do you enjoy talking to guests and have an eye for everything Renaissance? Please join us as a Wine Shop Team member in the Mount Hope Estate and Winery gift shop!

Duties:

Aid guests in locating merchandise with knowledge of prices and display arrangements. Provide friendly and quality customer service. Handling all cash register duties including opening and closing procedures and operating a credit card machine Answer questions and offer suggestions to guests. Keep work area clean and orderly by restocking and maintaining inventory, sweeping booth and path in front, cleaning countertops, etc. Handling minor customer complaints with understanding Help guests with wine selection and tasting.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years or older. Must possess the ability to be customer-service oriented, friendly, and motivated to provide necessary information and assistance to our valued patrons. Have steady transportation. Friendly and able to work well with others. Meet company grooming standards.

Working Conditions:

Requires working mostly indoors Requires standing for long periods of time, lifting 50lbs or more, bending and walking Must be able to work long shifts on weekends and select holidays.
