BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking a Retail Customer Service Associate to support our member-focused, high-volume wholesale environment. In this part-time role, you will welcome members, process purchases, returns, and memberships, and resolve basic issues at the front end and member service desk. You'll operate POS systems accurately, handle cash and electronic payments, and follow safety and loss prevention standards. Associates help stock shelves, maintain clean, organized aisles and checkout areas, and assist with club events and promotions while collaborating with a supportive, growth-oriented team.
