Job Description We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Associate who can learn quickly and begin generating results immediately. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in commissioned sales and a strong passion for phones and technology. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will become an expert wireless consultant, helping customers find the right products to fit their individual needs. Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products. Stay up to date on the latest cell phone technology and Verizon product offerings. Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Qualifications Proven experience in commissioned sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technology. Passion for phones, gadgets, and wireless technology. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Compensation & Benefits Base pay includes hourly wages plus 12 hours of overtime each week paid at 1.5× the hourly rate.
