Our Modality Masters help guide guests through a wide variety of wellness experiences while helping keep the entire facility running smoothly throughout their shift. About Brainwaves Brainwaves Float Studio & Wellness Center is a locally owned wellness center in North Versailles offering a large variety of wellness and recovery experiences under one roof. Our facility includes float therapy, saunas, cold plunge and contrast therapy, salt therapy, red light therapy, brain-entrainment experiences, compression, oxygen, massage chairs, and additional wellness services. Because we offer so many different experiences, there is a lot to learn. We provide hands-on training and do not expect a new employee to walk in already knowing our modalities. What matters most is finding someone who is reliable, eager to learn, comfortable with people, and capable of taking ownership of their shift once trained. Why Work at Brainwaves? Work in a unique wellness environment rather than a traditional retail or office setting Learn about a wide variety of wellness modalities Flexible scheduling Complimentary use of the facility Work with a small, positive team Opportunity to build strong customer-service, wellness, operations, and sales experience Be part of a growing local wellness center where your work directly affects the guest experience Schedule We are currently considering candidates interested in part-time or close-to-full-time hours . Because Brainwaves is open evenings and weekends, applicants should have reasonable availability outside of traditional Monday-Friday daytime hours. Reliability is extremely important in this position. Our Modality Masters are responsible for helping run the facility during their scheduled shifts, so we are looking for someone who takes their schedule and responsibilities seriously. What This Job Is Really Like This position is best suited for someone who likes variety. During one shift you may be helping a first-time guest understand a service, checking another guest out, preparing a room for the next appointment, answering the phone, helping someone select a package, and making sure the facility is ready for the next wave of appointments. It is active, people-focused work and requires someone who can move between responsibilities without losing attention to detail. If you enjoy helping people, learning new things, staying busy, and being part of a unique wellness environment, we would love to hear from you.
