Recruit, onboard, and train Domino's team members across five locations. This is an active, hands-on role for someone who enjoys coaching on the store floor and leading by example in a fast-paced environment. This is not a desk-based position. What You'll Do Recruit and onboard team members across assigned stores. Provide hands-on training and coaching to build skills and confidence. Work with store leaders to keep teams staffed and prepared. Identify training needs and follow through on development plans. Travel between assigned locations to support your teams. Qualifications What You'll Bring 1-2 years of experience in training, coaching, onboarding, shift leadership, or team development. Strong communication, organization, and follow-through. An upbeat attitude and the ability to take initiative, multitask, and work independently. A valid driver's license, at least one year of safe driving history, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation. Associate's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience. Schedule & Travel Full-time, at least 5 days per week, including 1 weekend day. (approximately 50 hrs per week) Availability to work shifts between approximately 10 a.m. and 10 p.m.; scheduling varies with store needs. Travel between assigned stores required (some stores are 1.5 hours apart). Training provided, plus an American Express card for fuel and oil changes. Pay & Weekly Bonuses Base pay depends on the number of assigned stores. Earn additional weekly staffing bonuses when stores are fully staffed. # of Stores Weekly Base Pay Weekly Bonus Potential Annual Base + Maximum Bonus 2 $850 Up to $100 Up to $49,400 4 $950 Up to $400 Up to $67,600 5 $1000 Up to $625 Up to $98,800 Annual earning potential assumes 52 weeks of base pay and the maximum staffing bonus earned each week.
