Position Overview:

We are seeking a Part-Time (3 days) Seasonal Retail Associate to assist customers in finding the perfect pieces for their homes. In this role, you'll help create an inviting shopping experience, provide product recommendations, and ensure that our store is beautifully presented.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with product selection and provide exceptional service. Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring that displays are attractive and well-stocked. Process sales transactions efficiently using the POS system. Support with inventory management, including restocking and organizing products. Maintain a clean and orderly store environment. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and deliver a memorable shopping experience. Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns Capture high-quality product and lifestyle photos in-store and on the Avenue Record and edit visual content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok (including image carousels, video clips, and brand storytelling posts) Design basic graphics and promotional visuals using Canva or Adobe tools Support content scheduling and engagement tracking

Requirements:

Weekends and holidays are a must. Previous retail experience, preferably in home decor or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for home decor and design. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Social media experience required Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
