Customer Service & Retail Representative Location:
Thrifty Kitty Thrift Boutique & HPA Lewin Adoption Center, Lancaster Full-Time & Part-Time Weekday & Weekend positions available!Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence:
Greet customers with a warm smile and assist them with inquiries. Respond to phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries.Retail Sales:
Assist customers and clients to check out and process transactions using Square and Clover registers. Daily count in and close out.Stocking and Display:
Maintain retails displays in adoption center and thrift shop. Sort, price, and stock retail. This is not an animal care position but cross training opportunities are available.BENEFITS

The key skills and qualities of aBoarding Attendant/Client Services/Animal Care:
Passion for animals and dedication to their welfare. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service and retail experience is strongly preferred but not required.
