We are seeking a dependable, motivated Shop Hand to join our growing machine shop specializing in the manufacturing and refurbishment of steam turbines . Responsibilities Assist machinists and technicians with daily shop operations. Clean and organize work areas, equipment, and tools. Move materials and components safely throughout the shop. Prepare parts for machining, assembly, and refurbishment. Operate basic shop equipment and hand tools. Help load and unload deliveries. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment. Perform other shop duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work. Mechanical aptitude is a plus. Previous shop or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate. Reliable transportation and good attendance.
