You will be the first point of contact for guests, guiding them through product and service selection, ensuring a personalized experience, and helping to achieve our sales and service goals. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with product/service inquiries, offering tailored recommendations. Provide in-depth knowledge of hotel amenities, packages, and promotions, staying updated on new arrivals and seasonal offerings hospitality-staffing.agency. Engage in upselling and cross-selling to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue. Operate POS systems accurately to process transactions, handle payments, and manage returns/exchanges. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales/lobby area. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, fostering loyalty and repeat business. Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets. Qualifications & Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude. Ability to work well in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math and computer literacy, with familiarity in POS systems preferred. High energy, enthusiasm, and a sales-driven mindset. Willingness to learn and adapt to new services, and company policies.
