Duties Engage with potential customers through outbound sales calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline. Demonstrate vehicles' features and benefits confidently, tailoring presentations to meet client needs and preferences. Negotiate terms and pricing effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial deal closing while maintaining dealership profitability. Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure vehicle availability aligns with customer demand. Build strong customer relationships by providing personalized service, follow-up support, and guidance on automotive financing options. Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track client interactions, sales progress, and follow-up activities. Support the sales team with sales support tasks such as preparing documentation, conducting market research, and maintaining organized records. Skills Proven experience in automotive industry sales or dealership environments with a focus on passenger car sales. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication and phone etiquette to close deals effectively. Ability to build lasting customer relationships through active listening and personalized service. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to connect with diverse clientele. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets within retail or high-end sales environments. Skilled in outbound sales strategies including cold calling and B2B (business-to-business) sales approaches. Proficiency in CRM software and inventory management tools to support efficient sales processes. Exceptional organizational skills paired with retail math knowledge for accurate deal closing and upselling opportunities. Experience in automotive financing options, public speaking, and customer service enhances your ability to engage clients confidently.
