Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and accurately handle cash transactions. Check customer identification when required for age-restricted products. Answer customer questions and provide basic product assistance. Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and help maintain inventory levels. Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable. Follow store policies and procedures. Monitor the store and game room area while providing a safe and welcoming environment for customers. Assist with other general retail tasks as needed. Qualifications Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers. Able to work independently and stay productive during slower periods. Good communication and customer service skills. Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required. Must be able to follow instructions and company policies.
