NEW HOME/GIFT BOUTIQUE OPENING FALL 2026

Casa by Darien & Co is a new high end boutique featuring premium gifts for playful homes, opening late Fall 2026. We're looking for experienced, enthusiastic retail associates to join our opening team! This is a part-time position with required weekend availability.

We're Looking For:

Significant retail experience (high end retail is a plus!) High School Degree or equivalent Part time availability, weekend availability required A friendly, polished and customer-focused personality Ability to perform under pressure and handle customer inquiries in a timely manner An eye for beautiful products and a genuine curiosity about the makers, brands, and stories behind our products

Duties:

Welcoming customers into the store Staying knowledgeable about new products and vendors and sharing that information with customers Explaining to customers the best products for their needs and recommending related products to enhance their experience Promoting sales and special offers Accepting and processing orders using our POS register Accept and resolve any returns or exchanges Performing stockroom upkeep and store upkeep as needed (ie. general cleaning, dusting, sweeping, etc.)
