Responsibilities of the AT&T Business Associate Meet our business clients in person to introduce AT&T Business solutions that improve everyday workplace operations and open clear sales opportunities. Engage our clients in person, recommend connectivity options that enable faster cloud access and reliable network performance, and guide them toward a purchase. Guide clients through in-person sales conversations that highlight practical value and convert genuine interest into strong sales. Build trust during in-person sales conversations by offering clear, patient support that makes upgrading to AT&T Business easy and beneficial. Convert sales discussions into strong sales by presenting solutions that enhance remote work, client connectivity, and team collaboration. Collaborate with AT&T Business Associate to reach more business clients and consistently convert leads into closed sales. Qualifications of the AT&T Business Associate A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Passionate about telecommunications, sales, or customer service is a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills that foster long‑term customer relationships. Ability to translate customer questions into clear, helpful sales solutions. Strong resilience when handling varied customer personalities and needs.
