As a Customer Sales Associate, you'll help customers connect their everyday fiber internet needs with reliable, high-speed service. Through structured training, the Customer Sales Associate builds confidence in customer conversations, sales, and relationship development while working toward daily sales goals and creating a positive customer experience. Day-to-Day Duties of the Customer Sales Associate Connect with customers in person and introduce FiOS as a high‑speed internet solution tailored to their daily routines, creating natural sales opportunities. Recommend fiber options in person, guiding customers toward enrollment decisions that align with their needs and support strong sales outcomes. Demonstrate the everyday advantages of FiOS in person in relatable terms that make the sales pitch both credible and persuasive. Answer customer questions in person with patience, reinforcing confidence in Verizon FiOS and supporting successful sales conversions. Share practical examples of how FiOS enhances remote work, online entertainment, and family connections to make the sales message more relevant and engaging. What We're Looking For in a Customer Sales Associate A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Strong interest in sales, telecommunications, or customer service is a plus.
