We are expanding our Quantum Fiber campaign and looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as an Entry Level Sales Assistant in Orlando. As streaming, gaming, remote work, smart home technology, and connected devices continue to grow, dependable internet has become an essential part of everyday life. As an Entry Level Sales Assistant, you'll work directly with customers to introduce Quantum Fiber services, answer questions, explain available options, and help customers find solutions that fit their connectivity needs. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity designed for someone who enjoys working with people, developing communication skills, and gaining hands-on experience in a sales-focused environment. The Entry Level Sales Assistant will receive guidance and support while building valuable skills in customer engagement, product knowledge, and sales. What You'll Do as an Entry Level Sales Assistant Engage directly with customers in assigned locations throughout the Orlando area Introduce Quantum Fiber internet services, plans, promotions, and account options Explain service features, internet speeds, pricing, installation details, and available offers Help customers identify solutions based on their streaming, gaming, remote work, and household connectivity needs Assist customers with enrollments, account setup, activations, and account updates Answer questions about services, installation timelines, billing, and account features Build positive customer relationships through professional communication and follow-up Maintain accurate customer and enrollment information Support customer acquisition initiatives and contribute to daily team goals Collaborate with other Entry Level Sales Assistants to create a positive and productive customer experience What We're Looking For in an Entry Level Sales Assistant Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable interacting with customers face-to-face Reliable, professional, and goal-oriented approach Interest in sales, customer service, telecommunications, or business development Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus Experience in retail, hospitality, food service, customer service, warehouse operations, or similar environments is helpful but not required Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment We're looking for an Entry Level Sales Assistant who is eager to learn, enjoys working with people, and wants to develop valuable professional skills.
