We specialize in live, in-person sales campaigns across the MD/DC area — where people live, shop, and work. We are currently seeking motivated, goal-driven individuals to join our expanding team as an Entry Level Sales Assistant. This is not a desk job. You'll be on the move, engaging with people in retail environments, community spaces, workplaces, and live events. What You'll Be Doing:

Representing well-known brands through in-person, face-to-face interactions across Hyattsville and Washington, DC Working in high-traffic areas including retail locations, community centers, and business districts Acquiring new customers or long-term donors Meeting and exceeding daily and weekly targets in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment Handling rejection with professionalism and persistence — resilience is key Collaborating with a dynamic and energetic team to drive results and celebrate wins
