Responsibilities and Duties:

The Sales Associate is responsible for all 'front of house' duties as well as meeting and exceeding all key performance sales goals. Maintains accurate records using established CRM systems Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls Greets members and guests promptly and enthusiastically Responsible for processing accurate cash and credit card transactions Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients Selling and working Birthday Parties on

Weekends Qualifications and Skills:

Excellent customer service skills Previous sales experience, with strong sales and membership knowledge Solid verbal and written communication skills required Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment • preferred.• High school diploma required -Ability to work and function in a
