$40/hr Overview Join a consumer beauty and personal care organization supporting high-volume wholesale, B2B, and EDI order operations. This role oversees strategic account fulfillment, compliance, and issue resolution across domestic and international partners. Key Responsibilities Manage EDI order processing, acknowledgments, updates, testing, and error resolution. Support retail, distributor, e-commerce, and exchange account operations. Coordinate order status, routing, ship windows, and delivery requirements with warehouse and logistics partners. Resolve order discrepancies, chargebacks, carrier delays, and compliance issues. Support inventory allocation, promotions, product launches, returns, and manual orders. Prepare order-status reporting and identify process improvement opportunities. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in order management, customer operations, or account coordination. Experience with retail, consumer products, beauty, or CPG accounts preferred. Working knowledge of EDI, vendor compliance, routing guides, and chargeback processes. Experience with Amazon Vender Central, SPS Commerce, and NetSuite preferred.
