Our store is not a typical retail environment we operate with the pace and structure of a fulfillment center while maintaining a high standard of customer service on the sales floor. Our team processes a large volume of in-store pickup and shipping orders daily, requiring precision, speed and accountability. Every role directly impacts customer satisfaction, inventory accuracy and overall business performance. We pride ourselves on running a disciplined, process-driven operation. This is a hybrid role that combines front-end customer service with backend operational execution. You will be responsible for assisting customers in-store while also fulfilling online and in-store pickup orders with a high level of accuracy and urgency. On any given shift, you may be switching between helping customers, picking and preparing orders, restocking inventory and receiving deliveries. Success in this role requires the ability to stay organized, follow processes exactly and maintain attention to detail even during peak volume. Accuracy is citical mis-picks, incorrect items or missed orders directly impact customer experience and company performance. You will be expected to verify all items, follow fulfillment procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times. This role is best suited for individuals who: Thrive in fast-paced, high output enviroments Can manage multiple responsibilities without losing focus Take pride in doing things correctly the first time Understand that consistency and reliability are key to team success Duties Deliver consistent, professional customer service on the sales floor Accurately pick and stage in-store pickup orders within required timeframes Pick and verify online shipping orders with high attention to details Package orders securely to prevent damage in transit Receive deliveries and verify products against invoice (quantity, SKU, condition) Label, organize and stock inventory in correct locations (sales floor and back stock) Maintain clean, organized and fully stocked shelves at all times Follow established workflows for order fulfillment, inventory handling and loss prevention Communicate order issues, discrepancies or inventory concerns to management immediately Maintain cleanliness of all work areas including packing stations, registers and storage areas Work collaboratively with team members to ensure daily operational goals are met Shift between customer service and fulfillment tasks based on business needs.
