Job Description

This is a hybrid position that requires multi-tasking. 1).
The customer service component:
The Print Shop continuously receives emails from customers, and the employee will be regularly monitoring the inbox and printing out their files to the customer's specifications. You will also be helping walk-in customers: scanning documents, sending faxes, making copies, binding booklets, taking new orders, and retrieving completed orders for people picking up. 2).
The graphic design component:
The employee should have strong graphic design skills and a working knowledge of Photoshop and Publisher (familiarity with All Adobe products like Illustrator and InDesign is also good to have). Customers will provide original images to be assembled into greeting cards, business cards, flyers, posters, and other items. Sometimes the employee will need to create something entirely from scratch. You'll need to effectively communicate with customers, follow their instructions, and anticipate some of their needs. Everything you make should be high quality, and there should be a reasonably quick turnaround time. 3)Additional Responsibilities include: Cleaning and taking out the trash Restocking paper and supplies Learning the Point of Sale software Additional tasks as assigned by the manager Shop hours are Monday-Friday 9-5 and Saturdays 9-1 in Nov & Dec If you are interested in this position, please send an email with a brief email introducing yourself, what computer skills you have and any questions.
Pay:
$18.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 32.0 per week
