Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs, providing detailed product information and recommendations. Process cash transactions accurately, including handling cash drawers, processing cash and card payments, and managing returns or exchanges. Support retail lending activities by explaining loan options, assisting with loan processing, and collecting payments or overdue balances. Maintain precise data entry records for sales, customer information, and financial transactions using retail software systems. Conduct basic math calculations for transactions, discounts, and financial adjustments to ensure accuracy. Handle loan collections professionally by following established procedures to recover overdue payments while maintaining positive customer relationships. Ensure the sales floor is organized, stocked, and visually appealing to maximize customer engagement and sales opportunities. Requirements Previous retail sales experience or familiarity with retail store operations is preferred. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, balancing registers, and performing financial calculations confidently. Experience with banking or financial services is a plus, especially in retail lending or loan processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse customers. Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with financial software or point-of-sale systems. Ability to handle cash drawer management accurately and responsibly, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
