We're looking for a Sales Associate Intern with a strong hustle mentality to support our growth across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas. This is a part-time, inside sales support role (8-10 hours per week). You'll partner closely with Product and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams and act as a key link between marketing, sales, consulting, and product. Your primary goal is to support driving top-of-funnel pipeline, brand visibility, and initial lead qualification that converts into consulting opportunities. You'll help execute campaigns, research target accounts, and generate high-quality leads for our consulting teams. This is a 100% remote role. What You'll Do Campaign Execution & Event Support Support the creation and execution of multi-channel demand generation campaigns (e.g., email, LinkedIn, events) in collaboration with the Sales team. Assist with list building, scheduling, outreach, on-site event coordination, attendance, and follow-ups. Research & Analysis Research target companies and key contacts across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas. Analyze Slalom, our clients, and industry trends, using insights to help target and influence buyers. Data Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within our CRM (e.g., Salesforce). Help ensure data integrity to support reporting and pipeline visibility. Outreach & Follow-up Support initial outreach to prospects (e.g., email, LinkedIn, networking events) to gauge interest and schedule meetings for the sales team. Assist in establishing ongoing communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales opportunities. Personalize & Scale with AI Leverage AI-driven tools and automation to streamline campaign execution and personalize outreach. Experiment with and recommend new practices to gain deeper insights, optimize sales workflows, and deliver tailored solutions to prospects. Collaboration Work closely with sales leadership, alliance teams, and other internal stakeholders across the region. Partner with consulting and product teams to align outreach with regional go-to-market priorities. Industry Alignment Develop foundational knowledge in the industries Slalom supports. What You'll Bring Passion for sales and technology, with an interest in consulting and digital transformation. Organized and methodical approach with strong prioritization skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Proactive self-starter mindset and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Strong relationship-building skills, both internally and with clients/prospects. Comfort with and curiosity about using next-generation AI tools across go-to-market workflows. Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree (or recently completed), preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Time Commitment:
Approximately 8-10 hours per week, with some flexibility to support events or key campaigns as needed. Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay sal ary ranges: The targeted hourly rate is $25 and hour . In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus . Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
