EMP Management Associates, a sales and development firm, is hiring a Sales Team Member for Quantum Fiber in Spokane. Quantum Fiber's coverage reaches the basement, the backyard, the garage, and yes, even the bathroom. The Sales Team Member will have sales conversations with our customers who have accepted dead zones as a way of life, showing them that it doesn't have to be that way. As a Sales Team Member, you'll be taught to position Quantum Fiber less like a tech product and more like the upgrade every customer deserves. The Sales Team Member speaks to our customers, explores their internet concerns, and introduces Quantum Fiber as the simple fix. Great sales begin with curiosity, so your sales coaching focuses on asking the right questions rather than reciting speeds and specs. Responsibilities of the Sales Team Member Engage customers personally to explore their connectivity goals and recommend Quantum Fiber plans that deliver exceptional speed and consistency. Guide customers toward the best Quantum Fiber solution by matching plans to their unique streaming, gaming, and work-from-home needs. Qualifications of a Sales Team Member A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Ability to simplify product information and guide customers confidently. Translate complex fiber features into simple terms that move sales talks forward. Carries a can-do attitude that puts residents at ease during sales interactions. Show up reliably and open to feedback that helps you grow your sales skills over time.

Pay:

$1,000.00 - $1,300.00 per week
