This is a part-time position, typically 2-4 days per week, and is a great opportunity for someone interested in gaining experience in golf, hospitality, and customer service. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for every customer. Key Responsibilities Welcome and check customers in for their rounds of golf Provide friendly, professional customer service to all guests Process pro shop sales and operate the point-of-sale system Answer customer questions and assist with tee times, course information, and general inquiries Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming pro shop Assist with merchandise organization, restocking, and displays Support the golf operation with other day-to-day tasks as needed Report guest complaints promptly to Manager What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills Reliable and dependable Comfortable communicating with customers in person and over the phone Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous golf or retail experience is helpful, but not required - we are willing to train the right person Interest in continuing with Met Links through the 2027 golf season

Schedule Part-time:
