Boutique Sales Associate Wanted (Part-time, Summer Season) Join the Boat House Team We' re looking to expand our team! The Boat House Team provides a high-level of customer service, associates support customer sales and maintains the boutique's aesthetic standards during the busy summer season. This role is ideal for those interested in coastal décor, fashion, retail, and creating a welcoming shopping experience. Job Summary We are seeking outgoing and dependable team members for our summer seasonal team (roughly mid-May to September). The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with customers, and takes initiative to keep the store immaculate and well stocked. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales Greet customers, offer styling advice, and build relationships to foster brand loyalty. Actively engage customers and provide customers information to enhance customer shopping experience. Provides information on relevant sales and store specialty items.

Store Maintenance :

Maintain the boutique's high standards by replenishing merchandise, and rearranging/cleaning displays. Ensure the shop floor, fitting rooms, and checkout areas remain clean, tidy, and well-organized.

Operations & Point of Sale:

Accurately process customer transactions (sales, returns, exchanges) daily sales related activities as applicable based on shift such as store opening and closing. Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or customer service experience is preferred. A strong passion for fashion and current trends a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Reliable and dependable attendance.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25-40 lbs.
