We're looking for an Entry Level Sales Assistant to join our Worcester, MA team supporting Verizon FiOS. If you're personable, dependable, and willing to learn, this role gives you an opportunity to develop your sales and customer communication skills through real customer interactions. What You'll Do Introduce Verizon FiOS products and services while creating engaging, customer-focused conversations. Connect with customers professionally, ask thoughtful questions, and identify their home connectivity needs. Present available Verizon FiOS service options clearly and explain solutions in an approachable, easy-to-understand way. Answer customer questions confidently and provide accurate information to help customers make informed decisions. Guide customers through enrollment and support customer acquisition activities while following established procedures. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enrollment details, and required sales information. Collaborate with teammates and leadership to support campaign objectives, strengthen team performance, and achieve shared goals. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is a plus. Clear verbal communication and active listening skills. Comfortable interacting with customers in a direct, professional setting. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and accept coaching. Reliable, organized, and motivated to achieve goals.
