Seeking motivated, organized, customer focused, retail sales associate for a game-focused retail environment specializing in all things TCG (Pokemon, MTG, etc.), as well as board games and tabletop games (Warhammer) . We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to provide excellent customer service. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify customer needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store's profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing, and after-sales services)
• Answer customers' questions about specific products/services
• Ensure display shelves and cases are fully stocked, organized and clean
• Manage returns/exchanges of merchandise
• Organizing TCG cards
• Retrieving online and in-store orders in a timely manner
• Stay up to date with new products/services
• Complete closing/opening procedures in a timely manner

Skills:

• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• Excellent ability to retain new information
• Basic math skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments

Requirements:

• Must be willing to work days, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
• Must be willing to work at least one game night per week
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to work various shifts
• Must be willing to ID customers and enforce state law/regulations when necessary
• Knowledge of TCG (Pokemon, MTG, etc.) required
• Familiarity with board games and tabletop/wargaming a plus
• Previous cash-handling experience preferred
• Previous experience in a retail environment preferred
• High school degree preferred
• Must be 21+

Pay:

From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 20.0 per week
