Position Summary The Retail Sales Associate plays a key role in delivering an outstanding guest experience by providing fast, friendly service in a high-energy convenience store environment. This position supports daily store operations, maintains store appearance, and helps create a clean, safe, and welcoming atmosphere for every guest. Were looking for dependable, motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, multitasking, and being part of a strong team. Position Requirements Must consent to a criminal background check

Must pass a pre-employment drug test

Previous retail, cashier, or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and cash-handling skills preferred

Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive and energetic attitude

Accurately process transactions while following company cash-handling procedures

Assist guests with fuel purchases, lottery transactions, returns, and other store services

Promote featured products, rewards programs, and store promotions to enhance the guest experience

Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized including counters, shelves, coolers, restrooms, and outdoor areas in all weather conditions

Restock merchandise, bag ice, organize displays, empty trash, and complete daily operational tasks

Work efficiently during busy rushes while maintaining accuracy and friendliness

Build positive relationships with guests, coworkers, and management

Support overall store operations and assist team members as needed Success Factors Successful Retail Sales Associates are: Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment

Ability to bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
