We are seeking a dedicated operational support specialist to ensure the smooth functioning of critical document, mail, and facility services. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in maintaining essential workflows, supporting customer site equipment, and contributing to a productive work environment. Your efficiency and commitment will directly enable the seamless execution of vital processes, empowering our teams to focus on their core objectives. Key Responsibilities Operate high-volume copy machines, digital printing, and document imaging equipment. Perform bindery, finishing, and quality control checks using equipment like paper cutters, hole drillers, shrink-wrap machines, and electric staplers. Manage digital files using MS Office, email, and document management systems according to established protocols. Generate digital reports for printing, imaging, and mail systems. Operate high-volume mail management systems. Sort, distribute, and handle incoming/outgoing mail, faxes, and office supplies. Process shipping and receiving of materials and products, applying correct postage. Deliver completed print jobs to designated customer locations (may involve travel between buildings). Perform routine maintenance and daily quality inspections on copiers; clear paper jams and coordinate service calls for technical repairs. Maintain daily meter logs, service logs, and supply inventories. Perform basic building support, including meeting/conference room setups, light facility moves, re-lamping, and occasional light cleaning.
