Sales Associate — Fashion, E-Commerce & Marketing L' Atelier on Laurens is seeking a polished, personable and sales-driven part-time Sales Associate for our women's luxury and contemporary boutique in downtown Aiken. This is a hands-on position combining personal selling, client service, e-commerce support and boutique marketing. The ideal candidate enjoys fashion, understands how to build a complete wardrobe and is comfortable helping maintain an online store and create customer communications. Responsibilities Welcome and engage every customer Provide knowledgeable styling and wardrobe-building assistance Meet personal sales goals and develop lasting client relationships Follow up with customers regarding new arrivals and special orders Operate the Shopify POS system and complete transactions accurately Help maintain the Shopify online store and website Photograph, describe and upload new merchandise promptly Review online product information for accuracy Assist with marketing letters, newsletters and promotional materials Help create and schedule customer email campaigns through Klaviyo Assist with social-media content, new-arrival announcements and store events Maintain an elegant, organized and inviting sales floor Steam, tag and merchandise new arrivals Assist with inventory and daily boutique operations Qualifications Previous fashion, boutique or specialty-retail sales experience preferred Strong personal style and a genuine interest in women's fashion Proven ability to sell, communicate and connect with customers Strong writing, spelling and attention to detail Comfortable using computers, email and social media Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva or e-commerce experience is a plus Professional, dependable, self-motivated and able to work independently Must be available for some Fridays, Saturdays and special events Able to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise or boxes as needed Compensation $15-$18 per hour, depending on experience, plus commission on personal net sales.
