We specialize in boots, apparel, and accessories rooted in Western culture, serving a loyal and expanding customer base both in-store and online. Our Selma location sees consistent foot traffic , and we are looking for team members who can match that energy and turn it into sales. Position Overview We are hiring a full-time Bilingual Sales Associate who brings genuine energy, strong people skills, and a willingness to learn . This is a customer-facing role where your ability to connect with people and guide them to the right product directly impacts sales. This is not a passive retail position. We are looking for individuals who are comfortable engaging customers, making recommendations, and contributing to a high-performing sales environment. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement & Sales Greet and engage every customer with a positive, high-energy attitude Help customers find the right products based on style, fit, and needs Recommend additional items to complete the look (boots, hats, belts, etc.) Deliver a strong in-store experience that drives repeat business Product Knowledge Learn and understand product details including sizing, materials, and fit Stay informed on new arrivals and best-selling items Store Operations Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor Assist with restocking and basic inventory tasks Support visual presentation of merchandise Team Collaboration Work closely with store management and team members Contribute to a positive and motivated team environment Qualifications Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude and genuine energy Teachable and willing to learn Reliable and consistent
