Responsibilities Engage with customers in both English and Spanish to understand their wireless needs and recommend suitable products and plans. Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging demos to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction. Process retail sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling, cash register operations, and managing the cash drawer. Upsell additional products, accessories, or service plans to maximize customer value and store sales goals. Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and inviting for shoppers. Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely, maintaining professionalism at all times. Assist with inventory management by stocking products and participating in stock counts as needed. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of retail store products, promotions, and merchandising standards to effectively assist customers. Qualifications Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required to serve a diverse customer base effectively. Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially in a fast-paced environment involving POS systems and cash register operations. Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills are a plus for team collaboration roles. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical features clearly and confidently. Knowledge of retail math for handling transactions accurately and managing cash drawers efficiently. Customer service experience with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences through active listening and problem-solving. Familiarity with merchandising standards, product demos, upselling techniques, and retail store operations such as stocking and cashiering.
