Job Description
We're looking for a reliable and friendly Retail Sales Associate to support our golf cart rental operations and deliver great customer service. What You'll Do Assist customers with renting golf carts Provide excellent customer service and answer basic inquiries Handle check-in/check-out of rental units Ensure carts are clean, charged, and ready for use Process payments and maintain basic transaction records Keep the rental area organized and presentable Schedule 20-30 hours per week Must be available to work weekends Hours may be lighter during slower seasons What We're Looking For Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused Dependable and punctual Comfortable handling transactions and basic admin tasks Able to work independently with minimal supervision Flexible with scheduling, especially weekends Nice to Have Previous retail or customer service experience Experience with rentals or equipment handling (a plus, not required)
