Conduct engaging product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities that enhance the customer experience. Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with fresh inventory to maximize sales potential. Assist with stocking duties, including unloading shipments and organizing stockroom areas efficiently. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing assistance remotely. Support the store's sales goals through proactive upselling techniques and personalized customer interactions. Supervise or assist in training new team members on cashiering procedures, product knowledge, and customer service standards. Qualifications Prior experience with POS systems and cashiering is highly preferred; familiarity with cash handling and retail math is essential. Proven supervising experience or leadership skills that demonstrate your ability to guide team members effectively. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a valuable asset for serving diverse customers. Experience conducting product demos and engaging customers in a retail or grocery store environment. Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and retail sales strategies to optimize store presentation and sales performance. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to create positive interactions both in person and over the phone.
