Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients, assisting with selections, and answering questions to enhance their shopping experience Support visual merchandising efforts, including implementing planograms and creating attractive displays that reflect the boutique's branding and aesthetic standards Manage stock levels through inventory control, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise for easy access and visual appeal Operate POS systems for sales transactions, handle cash and card payments accurately, and process returns or exchanges efficiently Assist in store management tasks such as pricing products, updating signage, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a polished shopping environment Use mobile devices and digital tools to communicate with team members, track inventory, and update product information in real-time Support remodeling or interior design projects by helping with layout adjustments and visual design enhancements Requirements Previous retail store experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for fashion and customer engagement is essential Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members in multiple languages if applicable Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, pricing adjustments, and inventory counts Ability to lift heavy merchandise safely using manual handling techniques; comfortable with heavy lifting as part of stocking or inventory tasks Familiarity with visual merchandising concepts such as schematics, planograms, and branding principles Experience with Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator is a plus for supporting visual design projects Knowledge of store management practices including inventory management, merchandising strategies, and sales techniques Ability to operate material handling equipment when necessary; comfortable using ladders for display setup or remodeling tasks Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout shifts Join us for an exciting opportunity to be part of a stylish boutique where your energy makes a difference!
