Golf Shop Associate Oyster Reef Golf Club - Hilton Head Island, SC Full-Time or Part-Time Oyster Reef Golf Club is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Golf Shop Associate to join our team in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys golf, working with people, and providing an exceptional experience for members and guests. The Golf Shop Associate will assist with the day-to-day operations of the golf shop, including welcoming golfers, checking in players, handling merchandise sales, answering questions, and supporting the golf operations team. Key Responsibilities Greet members and guests and provide friendly, professional service Check in golfers and assist with tee time questions and reservations Process golf fees, merchandise purchases, and other transactions Answer phones and respond to general questions regarding golf operations Assist with merchandising, stocking, and maintaining an organized and attractive golf shop Provide information regarding course policies, events, tournaments, and daily operations Communicate with outside golf operations staff to help ensure a smooth guest experience Assist with tournaments, outings, and special events as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming golf shop environment Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Golf Qualifications Previous golf, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Knowledge of golf and golf operations is a plus Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with members and guests Strong communication and customer service skills Dependable, organized, and able to work effectively as part of a team Comfortable handling transactions and using point-of-sale systems Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed

Pay:

$12.00 - $14.00 per hour
