Music & Arts is seeking a part-time Senior Sales Associate for our retail store. In this customer-facing role, you'll guide students, parents, and educators in selecting band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons. Responsibilities include consultative sales, accurate rental processing, basic product troubleshooting, merchandising, and maintaining a welcoming, student-focused environment. You'll collaborate with school service reps and store leadership, support community and educational events, and meet sales and service goals while growing your product and music education knowledge.
