Job Summary Join our dynamic retail team as a Cashier/Sales Associate, where your enthusiasm and customer-focused attitude will drive memorable shopping experiences. In this energetic role, you will be the friendly face that assists customers with their purchases, manages sales transactions efficiently, and promotes our products through engaging demos and upselling techniques. Your proactive approach will ensure the store runs smoothly, stock is well-maintained, and every customer leaves satisfied and eager to return. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping journey Operate the cash register accurately, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision Conduct retail sales transactions efficiently while maintaining a balanced cash drawer Assist customers with product inquiries, offering product demos and upselling relevant items to enhance their purchase experience Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure attractive presentation and availability of products Support inventory management through stocking, inventory counts, and product replenishment Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely Requirements Previous experience with POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash register operations is preferred Strong communication skills in both verbal and written form; bilingual abilities are a plus Proven supervising experience or leadership qualities in a retail setting are advantageous Ability to perform basic math accurately for retail math calculations and cash handling procedures Knowledge of retail store product details, merchandising standards, and customer service best practices Ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves and handling merchandise throughout the shift Excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and a friendly demeanor to engage customers effectively Join us in creating an energetic shopping environment where every customer interaction is an opportunity to inspire confidence and satisfaction!
