Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and engage them with friendly, professional phone etiquette to create a welcoming atmosphere. Assist customers in selecting the right wireless products and plans through product demos and detailed explanations. Conduct retail sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, handle cash register operations, and manage cash handling with precision. Upsell additional products, accessories, or services to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities. Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented according to merchandising standards. Perform retail math calculations for transactions, discounts, and inventory management while maintaining accurate cash drawer handling. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining professional communication skills at all times. Qualifications Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or other relevant languages) is required to effectively serve our diverse customer base. Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred; supervisory experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to demonstrate products confidently and clearly. Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and basic cashiering procedures. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash drawer operations.
