in Murrells Inlet, SC We are currently hiring Retail Sales Associates to join our team at a busy vape/smoke shop in Murrells Inlet. We are looking for someone who is reliable, customer focused, detail oriented, and knowledgeable about smoke shop products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, learning products, and working in a fast paced retail environment.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years or older
• Previous retail experience required
• Strong customer service experience
• Knowledge of vape/smoke shop products, including disposables, glass, kratom, nicotine products, CBD/hemp, accessories, and related items
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and some evenings
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using a POS system, handling cash, and maintaining store cleanliness
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills

Compensation & Training:

• Biweekly pay
• Paid training at $11/hour during a short training period to help you learn the role and succeed
• After successful completion of training, starting pay increases to $13+ per hour
• Employees will be reviewed several times during the first year and be eligible for a pay increase based on performance and experience
