Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service through active communication and attentive listening Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process retail sales transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties Assist customers with product demos and upselling to enhance their shopping experience and increase sales opportunities Stock shelves efficiently, ensuring merchandise is well-organized, properly displayed, and replenished regularly Maintain the cash drawer by handling cash register operations with precision and adhering to cash handling procedures Support merchandising efforts by setting up displays, arranging products attractively, and ensuring store presentation aligns with brand standards Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or scheduling appointments Supervise or assist in supervising new team members or volunteers when needed, fostering a collaborative team environment Qualifications Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently in bilingual settings if applicable Basic math skills for retail math calculations, cash register operations, and balancing cash drawers accurately Familiarity with POS systems and retail store product knowledge is a plus Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves or loading merchandise Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette.
