Retail Store Associate - Part-Time Royals Resale LLC is a growing, family-owned discount store in Williamston, SC. We are looking for a dependable, friendly, hardworking Retail Store Associate who takes pride in customer service, cleanliness, and helping create a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors. At Royals Resale, how we treat people matters. We want someone who is willing to take initiative, stay productive, and treat every customer with kindness and respect.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting customers within approximately 15 seconds of entering the store whenever possible Providing friendly, respectful, and helpful customer service Operating the register and accurately completing transactions Assisting customers with merchandise when needed Keeping the store clean, organized, and presentable throughout the day Vacuuming and performing light cleaning as needed Cleaning glass display cases and keeping them free of fingerprints as needed Following opening and closing procedures Helping maintain a safe and welcoming shopping environment Thanking customers as they leave and encouraging them to visit again We believe the little things matter. Opening the door for someone, helping carry an item, or simply taking the time to speak with a customer can make a difference. We commonly send customers off with: "Thank you, have a blessed day, and come back and see us!" What we are looking for: Dependable and punctual Honest and trustworthy Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers Able to work independently and take initiative Organized and attentive to detail Comfortable learning our point-of-sale system Professional when handling difficult situations Someone who genuinely enjoys helping others Previous retail experience is helpful, but character, dependability, consistency, and the way you treat people are more important to us than having the perfect résumé.

PMFriday:

11:00 AM-6:00

PMSaturday:

11:00 AM-7:00 PM Approximately 22 hours per week. Applicants should have dependable availability for these scheduled days.

Pay & Growth Opportunities:

Starting pay is $13.00 per hour. The first two weeks will serve as a training and evaluation period. Employees who demonstrate consistency, dependability, strong customer service, and the ability to successfully handle the responsibilities of the position will receive an increase to $14.00 per hour following training. Royals Resale is continuing to grow. We expect to have full-time positions available in the future, along with opportunities for additional responsibilities and future pay increases based on performance, consistency, and growth within the company.
