Duties Greet customers warmly and offer personalized assistance with lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening supplies, and floral arrangements. Provide expert advice on clothing and souvenir to the customers Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and refunds while ensuring accuracy in retail math. Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and implement attractive merchandising strategies to enhance store presentation. . Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, storage areas, and outdoor sections to ensure safety and accessibility. Support inventory management through stock replenishment, inventory counts, and accurate record keeping. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate daily tasks and improve overall store operations. Qualifications Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer needs. Prior experience or knowledge in retail and restaurants but not a requirement Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, retail math, and cash handling is advantageous. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for stocking and merchandising tasks. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting merchandise or supplies. Customer service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving. Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms or online order fulfillment is beneficial.
