We are seeking a highly organized, individual to assist our customers in our busy insurance agency. This is an In-Person position in an office environment. The ideal candidate will be friendly, responsible, technologically savy, and able to organize large amounts of information quickly, both in written and a digital format. This position would start as a customer service/sales support position that can advance into a sales role with licensing and training. Upon learning the customer service and sales support responsibilities advancement into a hybrid sales/service role would allow new policy sales, earning commissions, as well as help current and new customers with requests for policy changes, and with billing and claims questions . The candidate would also handle receiving payments, and general customer service activities as well as support for the regional sales team. This position will allow a candidate to advance into a more advanced role with time and experience. We will train you to have a successful career!
