Job Overview As a Retail Sales & Recovery Colleague, you're at the heart of creating a welcoming shopping experience through genuine hospitality and keen attention to detail. You help keep the store clean, organized, and visually engaging by maintaining merchandise displays, tidying fitting rooms, and ensuring the sales floor is always customer-ready. Your friendly and approachable attitude fosters a warm environment that invites customers to return, while supporting your team in achieving sales goals through consistent, high-quality service. • wearing their name badge, saying hello to their coworkers, making sure the sales floor is clean, organized, and ready for customers. They review their goals, new arrivals, top sellers, and promotions to stay informed and ready to sell. On the floor, they focus on the customer
• offering a warm welcome, making eye contact, and creating friendly, personal conversations to create an experience to bring the customers back. Throughout the day, they maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting any needed merchandise moves. They always Finish Strong
• sharing our Loyalty program benefits, making sure customers have all they need, and ending with a sincere thank-you, often walking the package around and using the customer's name. We believe service starts with each other

Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week.
