JOB DESCRIPTION

Customer Service & Cashier. This position is responsible for completing customer orders and sales transactions, performing other support functions which may include cleaning, display and/or assisting with stocking activities and performs all other responsibilities as directed or as assigned by Supervisor or Store Manager.

Essential Functions:

Creates customer orders Operates a cash register Creates dessert products and stocks display cases Cleans work space & store areas, as required Maintains a solid knowledge of products and services available Follows all QSweets customer service and cash handling policies and procedures Completes all other duties as assigned by

Supervisor and Upper Management Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills:

Cash handling and customer service experience preferred Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner Requires the ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions Requires the ability to lift/push objects weighing over 35 lbs Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers Requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be available to work nights and weekends
