You Creating Health, our dedicated supplement store, is looking for a Full-Time Supplement Store Associate (Monday-Friday) to join our vibrant team. We are looking for someone who is bubbly, charismatic, inviting, and deeply knowledgeable about health and wellness products. You should be eager to educate customers and proactively sell high-quality supplements that empower our patients' health journeys. In this dynamic role, you will combine exceptional customer service with retail and logistics management. You will be comfortable connecting with patients in person and electronically, managing inventory, orchestrating multi-venue shipping, and utilizing your creativity to design promotional ideas and educate both consumers and staff on new and updated products. The ability to quickly learn new software, including Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and inventory platforms. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a high level of follow-through and dependability. Job Duties Engage with patients and consumers in person, over the phone, and via electronic portals/messaging with warmth and clinical professionalism. Maintain full knowledge of supplement inventory and proactively educate staff and consumers on new, updated, or featured products. Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and conducting regular inventory audits for the Creating Health supplement store. Schedule and orchestrate smooth shipping workflows through multiple shipping venues to ensure timely delivery of products. Utilize an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to review patient records, document notes, and communicate effectively with clinical staff and patients. Develop creative promotional ideas, visual retail displays, and educational materials to highlight products and support patient health goals. Work closely with the entire MaxWell Clinic team to deliver an extraordinary, cohesive patient experience. Partner with clinical leadership to evaluate market trends, assess new supplement candidates, and coordinate the process for bringing new products to market. Perform other administrative and store operational duties as directed by management.
